With breakfast and underground parking, already a win win. Most of the hotels will offer a self paid parking but not right underneath the hotel for which is very convenient. Good location.

Very good breakfast, clean room, we were upgraded to a suite without any aditional cost so that was a really nice surprise. I would have given the place 5 stars if it weren't for the noise. We could hear people in the rooms around us and in the hallway way too clearly and were woken up several times in the night. Also the bed was a bit too firm for me but that's just a preference. Overall a great stay maybe just plan to bring some ear plugs especially if you're a light sleeper!

Rooms are very dark and outdated. Carpets were visibily dirty with dirt patches. Room service didn't bother to vacuum the carpets. Lack of light makes it worst

NO KITCHENETTE. You will get a refrigerator and microwave. Thats it! No utensils, no plates, bowls, glasses or cups (except paper), cookware such as pans or pots, etc. Be forewarned.

Quick and easy check in. Our room tv wasn't working and we got switched to another room no problem. It's close to Chinatown, the mall, IGA and some restaurants. Nice free breakfast. The rooms are big and cozy. I would definitely go back.

The description said there was a kitchenette. There was only a fridge and a small microwave same as any cheap motel room. No cook-top no toaster no kettle no oven no dishes no cutlery nothing at all in the cupboards or drawers. If you can't cook a simple meal you do not have a kitchenette. Impossible to prepare a grocery store salad kit. impossible to toast a bagel. Impossible to cook pasta for bottled pasta sauce. Had to ask at the reception for paper plates and wooden cutlery same as available at the breakfast bar. What a huge environmental waste. I feel completely misled.

We can understand your disappointment but the description of the kitchenette is on Expedia.We only use recycle items for breakfast according to the policy of Montreal.Have a great day

I liked the bed and breakfast even if they can improve the variety of choice of their breakfast. However the room or appartment was not vacuumed and you can smell the dust...difficult to breathe for someone who have some allergies. Too much noise from the heater.

Front desk receptionist was super sweet and friendly, she got us checked in quickly and answered our questions. The location was central to everything we wanted, and complimentary breakfast was super appreciated

I stayed at a suite room with two bedrooms, it was roomy and good enough to stay with family. But sofa and furnitures were worn and old. Breakfast place was too busy. I felt that outside of the hotel was a bit unsafe after dark.

The property is great but the breakfast area is too small and crowded and very few options. They were very strict about the check out time at 11 and they didn’t even extend for 30 mins. Front office was terrible. There were people but only few were helping customers. They don’t pick calls at night.

We had a miscommunication as far as payment options at check in which was quickly resolved.
I am still waiting for refund of my deposit as the clerk was unable to complete the transaction upon discharge.

My only major dislike was the smell of the living room and kitchen area. It was so off putting that I avoided staying in the room. It needed a good ozone treatment. The hotel lobby, elevator and hallway smelled okay. Fortunately, the bedroom was okay. Loved the dining room. Staff is the lobby was just amazing, especially the front end staff who called.a can for me.
