We went to Montreal to celebrate new year with family, and this turned out to be the worst stay in Hilton hotels in my entire life.
First, this hotel staff made us waiting till 5:30 pm to provide a room. We were told that they would waive the parking fees for the stay to compensate the discomfort. While checking out the front desk lady confirmed that it has been taken care off. However, I could see the charges on my bill and credit card statement. I tried to resolve it over phone and email but nobody was helpful. So I had to dispute the charges through the credit card company.
In our second day, this hotel staff removed all the towels from our room the and didn't provide any fresh towels. When we asked for it after returning to our room, they made us call them several times and made us wait until night , and delivered a couple of towels which were not sufficient for a family of 4. I heard the towel shortage problem from many other guests during our stay. Terrible housekeeping service and front desk was not at all helpful. I'll not recommend this hotel at all
