We offer a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a century old triplex, half a block from Mont Royal Park and 2 blocks from the trendy shops on Laurier Ave and St. Laurent. Our place is air conditioned, with a walk-in shower, marble tiles, bathtub and washer-dryer. Our kitchen has been recently renovated with granite counter, and has view onto the back garden.

Excellent property in a beautiful section of the city located few blocks away from the subway for easy access to downtown. Jeanne-Mance Park, located at the end of the street, is a great place to take the kids to burn off some energy.
