Indigo Parking under Espace Saint-Denis: Our building does not have parking spaces, so we highly recommend Indigo Parking, located under Espace Saint-Denis, directly across from our property at 1595 Saint-Denis Street. Convenient Location and Easy Access: The parking is located at 1601 Sanguinet Street, just a minute's walk from our building! It remains accessible even when Saint-Denis Street is closed to traffic in the summer since the parking entrance is on Sanguinet Street. Security: The parking is indoors and monitored to ensure the safety of your vehicle. Rate: The rate is $24 (CAD) per day before taxes (as of September 17, 2024). Please note that rates may change, so it's best to check current prices directly with the parking facility. Please also note that during the summer, Saint-Denis Street becomes pedestrian-only between Sherbrooke Street and Boulevard de Maisonneuve, from June 18 to September 17, 2024\.
