The staff were extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Front desk, manager, and maintenance staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! The room was spacious and clean. I can say with confidence we were extremely satisfied! The room was extremely clean and had AC. The staff at the reception desk were friendly as well. The area was so convenient with nearby restaurants, metro station, and shopping! Definitely recommend!!

The room was beautiful and clean. Most hotels in downtown montreal show their age but not this one. Staff was so friendly and spoke English which is always a bonus for someone who doesnt speak French! I will stay here every time i go to Montréal.

It was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is a short walk from the 747 Airport Bus station. Very convenient therefore to and from the airport. Also very close to Gare Centrale Train Station.
