You even give your phone to one of our staff saying that you want to see him in Toronto because you were happy about how he served you. We have brand new ac system by the way and we upgraded your room. We have no idea why you make this false statement damaging our reputation. You can let me know if there’s a problem.

First of all, we offered you an upgrade for the inconvenient. Then, you invent some ants who never existed in the 2nd room we provide you. And then again, you invent a fascinating story where ants climb inside your luggages. And right after, after harassing hotel staff at 3:00 AM, you try to extort us money. Again, we won't give you any refund. You can invent the false stories you want, this is a fake review and we have already reported you to Expedia. Also, you are now on our blacklist.
