Located on the 8th and penultimate floor of a new building overlooking the entire district of Port Marianne and thus allowing a view of this new district up to the historic center. This apartment is composed of a living room with fully equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms with wardrobes and mobile cooling system, a separate toilet and a bathroom. The bedding is of high quality with a queen size bed (160) in one bedroom, a double bed in the other (140) and a convertible sofa (120) with a real mattress. Its terrace offering a triple exposure will be perfect for your meals and aperitif with family or friends. The building equipped with an elevator offers private parking in the basement and local shops on the ground floor. Two tram lines are also nearby (line 1 and 3 to 5 min on foot).
