Schöne, geräumige Wohnung mit allen Utensilien, die man benötigt. Die Terrasse liegt direkt an einem Park mit riesigen Bäumen, so dass man beim Frühstücken manchmal Eichhörnchen und Papageien beobachten kann. Eine Klimaanlage sorgt bei Hitze für Abkühlung. Lucienne wohnt direkt nebenan, verhielt sich aber diskret und war eine sehr angenehme und freundliche Vermieterin, die immer hilfsbereit war und jederzeit ein nettes Wort für uns hatte. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.
Nous avons apprécié ce spacieux appartement et sa terrasse. Propreté irréprochable. Nous avons Lucienne est agréable et de bon conseil.Nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer lors d"un prochain passage.
Séjour sympathique.
Une précision, les 2 chambres sont pour 3 voyageurs : 1 lit double et 1 lit simple. Le 2d lit double est le canapé lit du salon (je le précise car en lisant l'annonce au début on peut penser "2 chambres avec lits doubles").
Maison idéale pour 4 pers. maximum (taille du salon).
Très agréable séjour dans un beau cadre au centre de Montpellier. Calme et verdoyant . Très propre et propriétaire très agréable et attentionnée. Je recommande vivement

Gentilezza e comodità
La proprietaria dell'appartamento è estremamente disponibile e cortese.
In casa non manca davvero nulla, inclusi un comodo parcheggio e una veranda ombreggiata.
La posizione dell'appartamento è stategica per visitare i dintorni e il centro non è lontano da raggiungere a piedi (arrivati a place de l'Europe la camminata per place de la Commedie è piacevole e ricca di cose da vedere).
Senz'altro consiglio questa soluzione.

Agréable séjour à Montpellier
Ag;réable séjour à Montpellier. La location est parfaite, : calme, très propre et bien équipée. la propiétaire est très sympathique et discréte. Le plus : La fraîcheur ( ancien chai) et l'ímpression d'être à la campagne tout en étant à proximité du centre ville.
C'est une location que je recommenderais.

Ce chai rassemble tout ce qui peut répondre aux exigences d'un séjour d'affaires : très bien équipé et très bien situé.
Y ayant résidé deux fois une semaine, j'y reviendrai volontiers tant l'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux.

Great place for a holiday
We just spent three days at Mrs. Monvoisin's property. It's a spacious, comfortable and well equipped small house. Mrs. Monvoisin has been very kind and helpful for anything we needed. The place is also very well located, not far away from Montpellier and the beaches. I strongly recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.

Séjour charmand
La location était parfaite et il faut le souligner encore mieux que sur les photos. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire, tout était en parfait état. Cette location est idéale pour une famille nous étions deux adultes et deux grands enfants. Je recommande fortement cette location qui a beaucoup de cachet, au centre de Montpellier. De plus il y a un parking privatif devant la location (5 mètres), ce qui est appréciable après un long trajet.

Comme à la maison
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.
D'une part grâce à l'accueil chaleureux et la générosité de la propriétaire : des fruits, des boissons étaient disponibles à notre arrivée.
D'autre part car la maison est parfaitement propre et équipée pour des vacances confortables.
La terrasse permet de profiter du jardin.
Une voiture permet de rejoindre facilement la ville ou les plages.

Nice and quiet
Comfortable and nice apartment, located 5 minutes by car from the new leisure park Odysseum, from where you can reach easily the tram to downtown Montpellier. Madame Monvoisin is very helpful and kind. She has provided the apartment with all necessary. We enjoyed it's nice terrace very much despite the mosquitos!

We were the first family ...
We were the first family to stay in this newly refurbished apartment and found everything to be exactly as described, perhaps even better than described.
From the minute we arrived the apartments owner, Lucienne, was on hand to offer a guide to the apartment and a run through of all the amenities. She was also very generous in providing wine and fruit to help us ease into the holiday. Lucienne's apartment is next door and she was very relaxed and discrete at all times,offering privacy and yet willing to assist if required ( she even drove us to airport on our way home! )
We found the apartment to comfortably accomdate four people. The apartment has full air conditioning and very thick walls in the older part of the building which provided a cool retreat from the midday sun. The Wifi worked flawlessly - critical for my two sons, who find it hard to breathe without the internet!:) I would say that the apartment could function as both a base for work or a holiday apartment. All in all a great find - Many thanks Lucienne.
