Pleasant house with mature garden

Located in a quiet side street, this is a charming house from the 1950s. You will appreciate our accommodation for its exterior (fruit trees, 40 m2 terrace), its living room and dining room, its kitchen on the ground floor and its three bedrooms upstairs: a spacious master bedroom, another with a bed (120 cm), a children's room with a single bed. All 20 minutes walk from the city center, 15 minutes by car from the beaches and 10 minutes from the highway entrance. We are located next to Montcalm Park, ideal for basketball, football, jogging, relaxation, picnic ...
Two adult bikes and a children's bike are available.

80 m2 on a plot of 300 m2. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, the lounge area (possibility of using the double sofa bed), the toilet, the dining room opening onto the terrace and the garden, in the shade of apricot trees, plum trees and fig tree. A barbecue area is also available in the garden.
Upstairs, you will find 3 bright and quiet bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub.
A place to park a car, free places in the street.

Before your arrival, we will offer you, if you wish, lots of information on the sites to visit, the festivals in progress and the little pearls that the city conceals (Monuments, Restaurants, bars, cultural places, ...)

The house is equipped with broadband internet but does not have a television.
During this vacation period, we want to rent the house for a week.
