    A traditional one-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor (without a lift) on the very central Rue Jean Moulin. It features a large living area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, overlooking a private garden for peace and quiet. For your comfort,you have a sofa bed, all bed linen and towels are provided, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi.





    Just steps away from the Place de la Comédie, this pedestrian street is well known for its shopping.

    If you are arriving by car, we recommend the nearby Comédie public car park. Saint-Roch train station is only a few minutes away, and two tram lines (1 & 2) stop at Comédie making it easy to explore the city.

    Montpellier is largely a pedestrian-friendly city, allowing you to enjoy its charming streets, shops, and restaurants on foot.

Le logement très bien situé en plein cœur de Montpellier, dans une résidence propre et calme. Il est très bien agencé et propre, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable ! Rien, c’était parfait

Déception pour ce logement en centre ville

Arrivée difficile car manque de communication de l'agence et communication avec Abritel insuffisante: un bon coup de sang après un voyage aérien de 12000 km. Il a fallu que j'appelle plusieurs fois l'agence immobilière pour obtenir accueil et clefs. Abritel me demandait de fournir mon relevé de compte bancaire pour prouver que j'avais payé et intervenir en urgence. Du jamais vu!!!! Un problème de douche bouchée dès notre arrivée. Jamais réglé . Nous avons dû mettre du produit pour déboucher mais l'opération n'était qu'à moitié efficace. Dommage ensuite car je n'avais pas bien vérifié la présence d'une machine à laver et il n'y en avait pas. Une matinée de perdue dans nos vacances pour aller au lavomatic. Sans compter les aller-retour avec les 3 étages sans ascenseur. Les poêles à frire n'étaient pas adaptées à la plaque de cuisson (induction) impossible de faire cuire un steack. Les deux avantages du logement : la situation en plein centre ville et le calme de l'appartement sur cour. Nous ne passerons plus par ce loueur ou cet appartement.
