Montpellier, capital of the south of France, cultural city and open on the sea, offers a wealth of riches that you can discover by coming to settle in this pleasant villa located 10 minutes from the heart of the city. The house is about 185 m2, bright and cool in summer. On the ground floor : • A large living room of about 50 m2 consisting of 3 spaces, a TV lounge area, intimate and quiet, a lounge area and a dining room. This volume is in all its length leveled by a terrace covered varangue (as in the islands) with a surface of 60 m2\. • A fully equipped kitchen, appliances and all the necessary to cook easily, closed and overlooking the dining room, • Toilet, • Rooms side: a parental suite space, a double room (160 cm), a dressing room and a bathroom with Italian shower, bath, two basins, a lingerie area. A child's room with a single bed and possibility of adding a mattress a place, • A laundry area with washing machine. On the floor, three rooms: • A very large room with double bed (140 cm) and possibility of adding a cot with bars for baby, • An average room, double bed (140 cm), • A second medium bedroom, sofa bed (140 cm), In addition possibility of adding an umbrella bed. • A bathroom with shower, basin, toilet, • A reading area in which you will find books to consume on the spot without moderation. The landscaped garden of 1200 m2 offers a large swimming pool (10m x 5m) entirely surrounded by a beach in exotic wood. Chairs, armchairs, shade sail, ... A very pleasant and fully secure space, inaccessible to children without the help of their parents. A wooden cabin and many play areas for children. Fully enclosed garden, parking two cars. At disposal: barbecue, plancha. Air conditioning throughout the house, completely silent. Linen provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) excluding pool / beach towels (except on request in addition). The beds are made on arrival. Strictly forbidden pets, totally non-smoking house and unauthorized parties. Ideal house for two families.
