Between Sète and Montpellier, 100m from the beach and with a very beautiful sea and port view, this 63m² apartment plus terrace has 3 bedrooms with 7 sleeping places, 2 bathrooms and toilets, and a garage. The apartment enjoys a privileged location in Frontignan-plage. The port, shops and restaurants are nearby. Access to the sea is opposite the residence. The duplex apartment on the top floor (with elevator) of the residence is classified \*\*\* it is visible on the tourist office of Frontignan. Description: The lower level; an entrance with cupboard, a bathroom with shower and sink, a separate toilet, a small bedroom with a high bed 1 person in 90 (for children or teenagers) and a sofa bed sleeping 2 people in 140, a kitchen open onto the living room. The table seats 8 guests, the kitchen equipment is generous, nothing is missing: dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, large fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee maker and food processor ... A convertible sofa (sleeping 2 people) and armchairs complete the seating area. The access to the high level is done by a comfortable staircase and gives on a big mezzanine with window of roof arranged in room with 2 beds in 90 which can be assembled. A screen and curtains provide privacy. The master bedroom with a magnificent sea view has a double bed can accommodate a baby bed. A second bathroom with bath, sink and toilet makes the upper level independent. A closed garage overlooking the car park allows you to put your vehicle and / or store bikes, strollers, boat, jet ski, beach equipment ... and large free public parking. The layout of the apartment allows 2 families with children or 3 couples to live together. Access to the beach is via a dead end opposite the residence.
