You will be a stone's throw from Aiguelongue park and less than 10 minutes' walk from the St Eloi tram stop (line 1). This spacious 106m² house with air conditioning in the living room and in one of the bedrooms on the ground floor and hi-tech equipment is arranged on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the sitting area, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen are accompanied by a bedroom with sofa bed and its own bathroom. The toilets are separate. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds and their wardrobe, one of which has an adjoining lounge. A 2nd bathroom with double sink is also available on the 1st level. In the garden, bamboo, chestnut trees, lime trees and arbutus trees hide everything opposite and allow you to fully enjoy the peaceful terrace.
