The beach is 30 meters from the house. The terrace allows to take the meals outside, with built barbecue. The house is also ideal for holidaymakers who spa Balaruc baths close to the city of Sète, and 20 minutes from Montpellier. It offers beautiful tourist activities: 30 m swimming at sea, with a secure bay, and access to the port and library by the beach 100 m of restaurants such as cafe, restaurants and food shops -press- clothing and beach accessories 500 m from the port for sailing, diving, fishing, fishing and boat trips ... 300 m children's playground and bike rental sports center, leisure center, hiking around ponds, horseback riding, museum and zoo ... 5 to 20 minutes access is by car from the motorway, or seaside. The nearest station is in Frontignan-ville, a bus service provides access. the reception will be by myself, as the twenty years before. Arrival times can be flexible.
