Cet appartement est situé dans une résidence de standing à Albert 1er, au pied du centre historique. Vous disposez d’une tramway ligne 1 et 4 à 50 mètres, et 3 et 2 à 300 mètres. De plus vous trouverez dans cet appartement tout le confort nécessaire, machine à laver, lave vaisselle, cafetière, four, micro ondes, wifi avec fibre…
