  • In the seaside resort of Cinquale (Montignoso, Massa).<br>Located within the Lake Porta Nature Park, a house with a garden that is far removed from the main tourist activities and attractions, such as the beaches, the thermal baths, the golf courses of Versilia, and the shopping in Forte dei Marmi (1 km). The Cinquale shopping centre, which features banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, as well as local restaurants and a wellness centre, is easily accessible on foot. In addition, the nearby airport offers the opportunity to take trips to areas between the coast and the Apuan Alps.<br>90 sq. m. spread over two floors, including: a dining room, living room with fireplace and TV, kitchen with toaster, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, 2 bathrooms with showers, 3 bedrooms with a total capacity of up to 6 beds. Mosquito nets and curtains on the windows, a fully equipped garden, and a secure parking area.<br><br>Direct contact is highly recommended.<br>Bicycle service: please contact us in advance to reserve bicycles so they will be ready upon your arrival.<br>Full set of bedding for 6 people.<br>Pay 50% in advance, with the balance due upon arrival.<br><br>Stays are from Saturday to Saturday<br>Check-in at 3:00 PM (luggage storage available from the morning).<br>Check-out at 11:00 AM.<br>Security deposit of €150.00

Leider hört man Tag und Nacht die Autobahn nebenan. Ansonsten ist ein älteres Haus für uns gar kein Problem. Es war alles vorhanden. Und es war auch sehr gemütlich.

Vrijstaand huis met grote tuin

Het is een vrijstaand huis met een grote tuin die je in zijn geheel tot je beschikking hebt. Communicatie met de verhuurder was goed tijdens ons verblijf. Het huis is van binnen ruim en bied alles wat je nodig hebt. De douches vonden wij wel erg krap, en op sommige punten zijn er wel dingen aan vervanging toe, daar hebben we ons weleens aan gestoord omdat het erg kwetsbaar aanvoelde. Het is goed om te weten dat er een festivalterrein vlakbij in de buurt zit, in de eerste week dat wij daar zaten was er een festival en hebben daar best wel last van gehad.

Traumhafte Landschaft

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir waren mit unseren Hunden dort. Es gibt einen riesigen umzäunten Garten und einen schönen Park in direkter Nähe. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar, wenn etwas sein sollte. Das Meer ist sowohl mit dem Rad als auch dem Auto schnell erreicht . Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Consigliatissima

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre settimane in questa bellissima villa. La casa è molto spaziosa, e immersa nel verde, al confine con un bosco. A lato della casa passa un fiume, e la mattina si vedono le papere che mangiucchiano nell'acqua. un'oasi di pace e tranquillità. Il giardino spazioso, dotato di barbeque e gazebo ci ha permesso di sfruttare anche la patrte esterna. La casa è esattamente come presentata nella descrizione, pulita e in perfette condizioni. I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili hanno reso la vacanza perfetta. Speriamo di tornarci presto.
