Family friendly beautiful and spacious 3-story Victorian home with partial view of Lake Cumberland. Located 1 mile from Beaver Creek Marina. Circling the house is a driveway that makes pulling through with your boat a breeze and provides ample parking space. No carpet in this home- hardwood floors throughout main living space and bedrooms with tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms. On the first floor, you will find a local craftsman made card table where you can join family and friends for a friendly game. 55 inch TVs in the living room and primary suite and 43 inch TVs in the other bedrooms. Outside, there is a large, wrap-around deck with a gazebo and plenty of yard space to spread out and enjoy outdoor games or an evening by the fire pit. Or, enjoy relaxing on the upper deck while staying in the primary suite. The 3rd floor is a large open space that we fondly call the camp site - In this area, there are enough beds for at least 5 children and lots of open floor space for sleeping bags or air mattresses. There is also an air hockey table and other gaming options for kids or the young at heart. Security cameras are located on the exterior of the house near the front entrance, side entrance and deck.
