Located 30 minutes east of Tallahassee, Fl. Home of the Florida State Seminoles and the Florida A&M Rattlers. The Budd-Pafford House was originally built in 1833, and is Monticello's oldest home. The Presidential Suite has two King size beds and a Queen size sofa sleeper to accommodate a family of eight comfortably. This oversized suite is located on the 2nd floor and guess will have to walk up one flight of stairs. Having a girls weekend out this is the room for you. Great for wedding parties. This suite features a walk-in Closet and a 65 inch HD Tv, Direct Tv, Roku and internet services like Netflix and Pandora. The property is situated on one acre of lush gardens, exotic plants and trees. You can spend hours identifying the different colors and types of Camellias that Bloom from October thru March. The well manicured grounds cover an entire city block and creates a special sanctuary for birds, squirrels and butterflies. Monticello is known for its famous walking ghost tours to the Confederate cemetery established in 1827, which is located across the street from the Budd-Paddford house.
