Clean & comfortable. For anyone wanting to fish Lake Cumberland, the marina is right down the road. Plenty of room for several vehicles or multiple boats in the lot out front. Fishing is great on this finger of the lake.

Great Marina Access
A mile from Beaver Creek Marina makes it very convenient to spend a lot of the day on the lake and not in the car traveling to accommodations. Beaver Creek Getaway is nice to come “home” to and the Management Team is very responsive to your needs and requests. Definitely will return and recommend.

Beaver Creek Getaway
This place is so cute! It was super clean. The owners were great to work with and even filled the fire pit in case we wanted to build a fire. It is remote but close to town so it’s tranquil without feeling like you are a 1,000 miles from civilization. Thanks again!!

The rental property is very clean and well managed. It has close proximity to Beaver Creek Marina which makes it very convenient to get on and off the water at Lake Cumberland

Excellent! Location is close to marina, parking area is huge at location. Everything was as stated in the ad. It was very relaxing to sit around the fire pit, which was awesome. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a close location to the lake. Very neat and clean.

Perfect and Relaxing
We had such an amazing and relaxing time. The owners have outdone themselves on this property. It was very clean and roomy. The check-in and check-out was extremely easy. The owners were very friendly and helpful and was there to answer even the silliest question. We loved the place and do plan on returning.

Weekend get-a-way
Such beautiful country for a weekend getaway. The owners put together a book that has sights to see, restaurants, and grocery stores in the area. Very clean and well kept. Definitely would go back again!!

We had friends staying 1 mile away. Our property had a lake vibe. We had good location and enjoyed our lake getaway. The rooms were clean it had air conditioning and a fire pit and grill outside. . We would stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

Loved it!
Was perfect for our trip to the lake! We had plenty of parking space for 3 trucks w/boats and a sea doo. We absolutely loved the backyard with the fire pit area. Peaceful view from the back porch was very nice as we waited for the rain to stop! Super clean inside- would stay here again. Heather was great:)

Great location
My family and i came to monticello to go boating for the weekend. This was in the perfect location and only a couple min drive from safe harbor marina. Huge walkout back deck with beautiful scenery we loved just sitting out on. Would definitely come back.

Great Location
We came to spend time on Lake Cumberland and this place is in a perfect spot. You can be on the water in just a few minutes or run in to Monticello for supplies in about 10. We have already reserved it again next month.

Perfect weekend getaway
We had a wonderful time. The property was perfect for the 2 of us. Being a mobile home I thought the owner did a fabulous job of making it look up to date. The kitchen was spacious and was stocked with everything we needed. The back porch was my favorite. The area was peaceful and we loved how close we were to the boat ramp.

Super cute.
Property is nice. Just on a busy road.. especially when your trying to sleep. Would have been nice to have shampoo,conditioner..an blow dryer... provided. Also, if your over 6'2, be prepared to watch your head..everywhere.

We also provide firewood, linen, towels, washcloths, soap, dish and laundry detergent, etc. This rental is a mobile home however the ceilings are not extremely low. Excellent Location
The place was clean, shower had good pressure, and in a nice peaceful environment! In addition, the back porch and fire pit is just what you need to end a long day on the water. The parking was great for exit, entry, and parking for our boat. We didn’t need to ever back up, since we could pull in from one end and drive out the other. The boat ramp is literally a mile away, so we could prep the boat before leaving and have it launched in 15 minutes. Heather is an awesome host that was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation to wrap up the boating season. We are already planning a trip to return to this location next spring.

Trailer was cleaned and had a nice deck on the back! The towels need to be replaced and the toilet was not working very well!

Thanks for your review. We do strive for a 5-star rating. Our towels are actually new and we keep a nice supply of towels and wash cloths for our guest. They are white and we keep them bleached and clean between every guest. The septic system had to be pumped. The toilet was working but slow but we did get the tank pumped and it is working well. These things do happen but we are always prompt in fixing anything that needs to be fix for our guest as soon as we can and we took care of the problem. --- Heather

Perfect place for a family of 4. Perfect location-1 mile to boat ramp at Beaver Creek Marina. Loved the back porch deck, great for family dinners! My daughter rented the house next to this one, and we ate all our family meals on the fabulous deck!

Comfy and Cozy
We had so much fun staying at this property. Close to many Marina's. We enjoyed visiting Lee Ford's Marina (great shrimp), and Conley's Marina as well. We recommend visiting Pulaski Park, great swimming area! Overall, we enjoyed the cover pourch and a relaxing fire (I fell asleep around the fire it was so relaxing. Lol). TWO THUMBS UP!!
