villa, located at the entrance of Ile Rousse, waterfront, composed of a T4 of 103 m2 and a studio of 25 m2, which can be rented separately (announcements 11210 and 11477) and a T3 inhabited year round  
by the sea, beautiful flat rocks with easy access and white sand beaches  
1km from the town center, shops, restaurants, and Ile Rousse beach, which can also be reached on foot via the customs road in around twenty minutes.  
private parking in the garden with remote control gate, covered dining terrace, solar shower, barbecue, plancha 4 large private terraces.
