While walking to the lake is not really possible,it is a short drive to the marina. Not a bad drive to the stores in Monticello either. The rest of our group of 21 rented a houseboat and a condo. Our family has been coming to Lake Cumberland for for 47 years,this was the cleanest,most comfortable house we have stayed in! LARGE upstairs bedrooms, comfy beds, and pretty much all you might need in the kitchen were available. Extremely close to Beaver Creek marina.
