This beautifully designed chalet offers luxurious living whilst maintaining a classical Alpine charm. It offers 5 bedrooms and spacious accommodation set ever 3 floors, making it an extremely versatile chalet for groups of all dynamics. With its own sauna and jacuzzi to the first floor - it offers breath-taking views of Montgenevre and the surrounding landscape.
Entrance to first floor, comprising:
Open plan kitchen with built in oven, large American fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine with large dining table and seating
Lounge hosting wood-burner (wood supplied)
Bedroom 1 : Master bedroom with ensuite bath and shower room
Large patio doors to terrace and BBQ area
Spiral staircase to first floor:
Bedroom 2 : Double bedroom (can be separated)
Bedroom 3 : Double bedroom (can be separated)
First floor lounge area with TV and picture window
Family bath and shower room
Sauna room, with door leading to terrace hosting jacuzzi
