- Renovated cottage (capacity 4-5 pers) of 110 m2 combining charm, comfort and authenticity, located in picturesque village(31260) at the foot of the Pyrenees.
At the foot of a site (castle with keep) at 300 m, 4 rooms, a large terrace with table and garden chairs, overlooking courtyard in closed gravel. Pleasant living room with dining table, armchairs, TV and sofa bed for a teenager or toddler .
Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, coffee machine, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and washing machine. A spacious 1st bedroom with bed 160 and a 2nd bedroom with bed 140 . Sink and toilet upstairs. Bathroom with sink, bath and towel dryer, 2nd toilet on the ground floor.
Access to a garden with 2 deckchairs, board games, mini billiards, possibility of bicycle garage.
Close to the ski resorts of Mourtis, Luchon Superbagnères, the thermal baths and the casino of Salies du Salat.
Ideal for relaxing, hiking or discovering Saint Bertrand de Comminges, Aurignac, Loudenvielle, Foix, the Pic du midi..

Bien grand fonctionnel
Très grande maison en cours de rénovation
Salon et cuisine impecables avec des équipements neufs
Litterie Ok
Une seule chambre dispo au moment de notre séjour, très grande très agréable
Bien au calme, promenades accessibles à pied depuis la maison, pas de commerce dans le village même mais on trouve tout ce qu'il faut à 15 min en voiture
