"We had a 3 night stay. After the 1st night they asked us to leave because they double booked the room and the other reservation had 5 night stay. Very unpleasant and inconvenient trying to book and packing stuff to leave. Anyways the first night was not great. A/C was not working properly and a loud sound kept me up at night from the door. If you want to explore further afield, you will need a car or expect to pay for taxis, as the area isn't served well with public transport (In May at least)."

"Overall it’s a great hotel. Staff is excellent. Che k-in was easy and front desk gave us a good intro to city. Room is spacious. Large bath tub and separate shower. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure and temperature excellent. Good size closet Gym is very small but 24 hour access. Upstairs lounge was a great vibe. Only complaint was a tremendous amount of very small ants in bathroom and even some in bedroom. We mentioned it to desk and they apologized for the issue next day but the ants were a presence. You never saw just one. I would still stay here again because I loved the room. Staff, lounge and hotel … plus the location is perfect"
