The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

Everything was quite satisfactory, except for one issue: the mini-fridge in the room was at room temperature, which spoiled the food I had left in it overnight.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
Great hotel! The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and spoke perfect English. The room was enough for me (a solo traveler), but would have been fine for a couple as well. (I got a room with a balcony!) The bathroom was small but with a hot shower with strong water pressure. The morning buffet was excellent as well. Lastly, great location near the Cavour metro stop and the Coliseum. Highly recommend!

"Our stay at Arennas was great but it was made so memorable by the staff. Everyone was so personable, welcoming and the service was great. A special shoutout to Willy, Diego, Gary and Alejandro for talking such great care of us! The room was very large and the pool and beach area was perfect for lounging. ..."
