As 2 grandparents with two young grandchildren, we appreciated the friendly helpful staff. The room was well equipped and everything worked. It’s close to stores and main attractions. The people who work there were very kind and even tracked us down when we left our car door open at night. The room isn't in brand new condition, but everything felt clean and we felt safe and comfortable with clean linens and sheets. we had everything we needed and the oversized mini-fridge kept our food very cold - even re-froze our ice packs daily. Great location. The only issue I had was how hot the bathroom got when the fan was turned on. It was still audible with the TV on and the volume turned up. The bathroom fan was even louder. The road noise was never ending due to the sliding glass doors facing a 5 lane main road. Also I could not get the heat to turn off in the room but it wasnt uncomfortable.
