"Wonderful location in the hills outside Bologna. Fantastic thermal spa pools. Nice food and great staff (reception speak english). The room was basic and definitely overpriced. 2 stars at best Euro 65 per night should be the price, in my experienced opinion. Noisy and drafty accommodation. Conversations in the corridors and stairwells echoed around the whole building. Smokers' cigarette smoke somehow drifted into my room. WiFi was non-existent. In summary, bad hotel for business travellers....

"Very good place."

"Beautiful property, friendly staff, comfortable room, fantastic dinner at the restaurant, and a lovely breakfast. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful location. Simple awesome place"

"Truly a beautiful and old world look agriturismo. Felt like we were in an antique villa. Large room and excellent service. The owner is very nice and professional. Breakfast is home made, fresh, abundant and soooo good!!! 5 stars hotel except this little village outside of Bologna is nothing special. But the agriturismo is great and with great ambiance if you want to stay outside Bologna and take field trips from this location. Same hotel in Tuscany would be double the price."

"Lovely place, staff were friendly & the room was great, it was near where I was working for the weekend, and would certainly return, highly recommend :-)"

"Posto gradevole immerso nella natura, silenzioso e tranquillo .. a parte il condizionatore che era rumorosissimo e ha rovinato la quiete del luogo e reso meno piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Piscina pulita, colazione ok, stanza grande e confortevole. Suggerirei di cambiare il condizionatore che era davvero rumorosissimo se portato ad una temperatura inferiore ai 27 gradi … e di provvedere ad un filo fuori dalla finestra per appendere i costumi bagnati .. "The apartment was dark, dreary, and not clean. The cooktop had crumbs on it and dirt was on the floor. While the shower was large water ran across the bathroom floor and into the hall. Parking was conveniently located just outside the door. For us, the location was not favorable. and we had the smell of manure from neighboring farms on two days. We left one day early."
