Harmony Homes Montereau sits in the Loire Valley near Orléans, between the Orléans Forest and the first châteaux of the Loire. Everything is ready so your group can simply be together: the big table where everyone dines side by side, the pool where afternoons stretch out, games for children and grown-ups alike, and that gentle Loire Valley pace that invites long walks through the forest.

The main house is built around two staircases, which naturally gives it two wings and lets each part of the group settle in without getting in each other's way. Two of its bedrooms open one into the other, so you walk through the first to reach the second: ideal for parents with children, or two people who know each other well. And just in front of the house, the pavilion is a large bedroom in its own right, over two levels: a double bed and a bathroom downstairs, two single beds upstairs.

An estate made for gathering
The main house is organised around two staircases and two connected wings: on one side the kitchen, the dining room with its big table where everyone dines together, a living room with fireplace and 4 bedrooms (2 of them opening one into the other); on the other a second living room, a kitchenette and 2 bedrooms. Enough room for everyone to find their own rhythm without leaving the house. A few steps away in the park, a separate pavilion holds one large bedroom over two levels: a double bed on the ground floor, two single beds upstairs. In total: 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms sleeping up to 16 guests. Hotel-quality bedding, linens provided, a utility room with washing machine and dryer, and those small details that make all the difference: coffee and essentials on arrival, board games, a library.

Pool and relaxation
A large heated 5x11 m pool at the heart of the park, open from late April to early October and secured with safety barriers. To stretch the evenings out: an outdoor hot tub, open in every season. Sun loungers, a shaded terrace and garden furniture complete the relaxation area.

Activities for everyone
Outdoors: amateur tennis court, pétanque court, ping-pong table, children's playground (swings, slide), plancha barbecue. Indoors: pool table, games room, screening area for film nights, board games, library, dedicated children's corner. Hiking trails and cycling paths connecting to the Loire à Vélo route are accessible directly from the house.
