If you are yearning for a relaxing holiday in a fantastic accommodation, this holiday home is just what you need. Located in the middle of a 20,000 sq-mt olive yard, near the Cerro de la Alcoba, 500 mt from the nearest urban centre and 50 metres from the nearest restaurant. This two-storey villa is provided with enough space for up to 14 people to spend their holidays here. On the first floor, which will be open only for groups of 7+ people, you will find four bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with two single beds each, and one with a bunk bed, in addition to a bathroom with shower. The ground floor welcomes three more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. One of them also has an en-suite with a 2-place whirlpool bathtub. The dining-living room is characterised by high ceilings and a rustic decoration, which will make you want to stay here as much as you can. It is provided with a fireplace and a comfortable sofa, and it shares space with a fully equipped open kitchen. The whole house is provided with central heating, that goes by a system to reuse the wood residues of the olive trees that abound around the farm. It consists in that, with this wood, the chimney heats the water pipes that are distributed through the radiators that are distributed throughout the house. This system also heats the water for the use of the house. Four bedrooms feature warm/cool air-con. The outdoor area is an ideal place to enjoy yourself and relax. You can choose to take a dip in the private pool, sunbathe on the sun loungers provided, or simply rejoice in the evening breeze as you sit comfortably on the porch. Here, revel in the delicious specialities cooked in the barbeque provided; they will satisfy even the finest of the palates. An outdoor bathroom with shower completes the facilities of the villa. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich, das Haus war sauber und es gab Handtücher für alle. Leicht zu erreichen und etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt, wir hatten keine Probleme mit Lärm. En Agosto estuvimos algunos días más que fueron maravillosos. La casa está decorada con un gusto exquisito y tiene un salón con barra americana que es un encanto y un jacuzzi que es una pasada. Enrique su propietario y su madre son estupendos, no dudan en esta ahí si necesitas algo. También estuve con mi hija y mis padres que son muy mayores para que descansasen unos días y vinieron encantados, disfrutaron muchísimo con la piscina y la tranquilidad del entorno. En fin que para mí esta casa es como una droga, siempre estoy deseando escaparme unos días.
