In the heart of Balagne in the small village of Lunghignano, 14 km from Calvi and 20 km from Ile Rousse and opposite Montegrosso. Close to the villages of Cassano, Montemaggiore and Zilia. Close to Calenzana and the departure of the GR 20. Located at the entrance of the village, enjoying a panoramic terrace equipped with 2 garden tables and deckchairs, with a view of the valley and the mountain, a terraced garden, the house benefits from total independence while being 200 m from the village. The house has on the ground floor a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining room and living room opening onto the terrace, a small living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs 2 double bedrooms with a 140 bed and 1 160 bed, 1 bedroom with a 120 bed and a 90 bed and a bathroom with WC. Possibility to rent household linen (sheets and terry towels) 15 euros / pers. Possibility of cleaning during the stay 15 euros / h. The house must be left clean, if necessary we offer an exit cleaning for 50 €.

joli lieux très calme avec une vue magnifique dont nous avons profité tous les jours à tous les repas pris sur la terrasse du matin au soir.la maison quoique un peu biscornue dégage un charmeréel.cette location à 20 mn des plages doit être recommandée
Nous avons passé un sejour des plus agréable dans une maison vraiment superbe où tous les équipements sont de qualité. Nous esperons y revenir bientot et encore merci pour les echanges et l'acceuil chaleureux
Rundum alles super, Unterkunft bestens, Platz für 6-7 Personen, Wetter, Temperatur, Wasser, toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer in die Berge, Gumpen, es gibt mehrere kleinere Küstenstädte und Bergdörfer zu erkunden, mehrfach im Asco-Tal und Haut Asco, absolut zuverlässige Vermieterin und sehr nette kompetente Ansprechpartnerin housecare vor Ort! - Danke!
Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans cette charmante maison de vacances, idéalement située dans un village très authentique. La maison est très agréable, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et sa vue imprenable sur les montagnes. La très belle plage de Calvi est à 15/20 mn de la maison en voiture. Les alentours sont charmants, très authentiques, sauvages, magnifiques. Il y a quelques petites choses à améliorer (fixation des douches par exemple) mais rien de bien méchant. Bref, nous avons adoré et nos 3 enfants aussi:)
Trop d'escaliers, trop de bruits (route, climatisation, escalier en bois la nuit pour aller aux WC...), pas d'emplacement correct pour véhicule (auto ou moto), gestion des déchets impossible à respecter car trop compliquée, bref confort très médiocre
2e séjour consécutif pour nous. La maison de Dominique est particulièrement ressourçante. Le panorama de la terrasse nous manque déjà. La proximité avec les plages de Lumio, Calvi et les plus beaux villages de Balagne est de notre point de vue le point fort de la maison. Échanges facilités avec Dominique et Michelle.
Une maison très bien équipée pour une maison de vacances. Une maison où on se sent bien dés les 1ers instants avec une vue sur le Monte Grosso inoubliable. Proximité des plages de Calvi et Lumio. Un vrai coup de cœur. Dominique est très réactive pour répondre à nos questions et nous a très bien orienté pour découvrir la région. Un grand merci également à Michelle.

quelques petites choses à revoir pour avoir un vrai confort
maison confortable mais accés difficile car chemin non entretenu.nuisibles qui gachent un peu beaucoup les nuits…..par contre extérieur agréable bien qu'il manque un barbecue.beaucoup d'escaliers à l'intérieur .
