"Staff completely non present and facilities either only reserved for events (the terrace/main area), under construction (the swimming pool) or closed at the weekend (the wine tasting hall). Also we asked about late check out and to book a wine tasting (both for the monday) and we didn't get any feedback on it until they saw us loading the luggages in the car."

"I stayed here in June and had an absolutely wonderful time. The place is safe (I travel alone and that is important yo me), check-in was really easy and the place is super clean. I’m kind of picky when it comes to cleanliness. I walked around town almost every day and I can say that Offida is one now of my favorite places. "Hotel is beautiful - but if you have a lot of baggage - there is NO ELEVATOR and lots of stairs, making that a bit of a slog. Staff is professional and friendly - the hotel is in the central square - you can park outside to drop off your things, then drive a block away and park in free street parking. The rooms are clean and mine included a washing machine. Linens are high quality - I did not use the spa but it looked fantastic. it's a beautiful hotel in a lovely small town. "

"The Hotel is charming the rooms are gorgeous but the setting takes your breathe away. Set in a valley in the Marches region of Italy from the pool you can see the ocean and turn around to look at ancient cities on the crests of the surrounding hillsides. Sandra the owner and hostess is as charming and lovely a human being as you can find. I would drive hours out of my way to stay here. You won't regret it !!!!"
