"I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili. La casa è molto bella, cosi come la piscina e la taverna super attrezzata per stare insieme con amici e famiglia. Ci sn anche due cavalli per poter cavalcare. La villa con la vista panoramica sul mare e la luna durante la notte rende l'atmosfera ancora piu bella. Posizione ottima per andare sulla spiaggia o entro terra."

"Der erste Eindruck war gut. Denn der Empfang des Vermieters war herzlich. Alle Fragen wurden beantwortet und auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Auch Fragen nach einer guten Pizzeria oder einem guten Strandabschnitt wurden beantwortet. Die Bewertungen der einzelnen Bereiche sind unsere Eindrücke und werden sicherlich auf Grund eigener Erfahrungen abweichen. Das ist das, was uns wichtig war. "Das Anwesen ist geräumig mit genügend und sehr sauberen Bädern. Der Pool ist topp und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Hausverwalterin war immer ansprechbar und hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Die Küche ist sehr groß mit tollen Herden und einer guten Industriespülmaschine. Einziges Manko: Die Küchenutensilien sind mangelhaft. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Quirl, stumpfe Messer... Da könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden. Alles in allem hat es meiner Familie und mir sehr gut gefallen."

"Il parco e la piscina sono stupendi, ma gli ultimi due giorni il "robot subacqueo" si è guastato e l'acqua è così risultata molto sporca. Purtroppo molti di noi sono stati pizzicati (alcuni in maniera grave, tanto da sospendere la vacanza) da un insetto presente all'interno della villa Alcune camere era completamente sprovviste di armadi, i vestiti lasciati nelle valigie per terra. Discutibilissima e sorprendente la scelta di due camere con letti alla "francese", con tutto lo spazio intorno per...

"Great view, the house is in perfect shape. Nice little village close by with good shops for the daily life and restaurants. The next beach is about 45 min away and it is also a 45 minutes drive to the Sibellinen. A 100 % reccomendation. "

"Thank you so much to Maja and Judy for a wonderful stay. It was incredible to get the opportunity to explore Montegiorgio, the surrounding hill towns and seaside and Le Marche in general! The house is beautifully situated with stunning rolling hills and farm country all around. We couldn't stop staring out every window and really savoured the time we had at the villa to slow down and enjoy. Maja was very communicative and responsive and helpful, we would absolutely stay again!"

"Es war ein super Urlaub, die Unterkunft war gut und die Vermieterin sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Information auf der Website bezüglich des Pools war etwas irreführend, da wir alle nicht damit gerechnet haben, dass es einen Gemeinschaftspool geben wird. Dieser wurde sich mit weiteren Familien/ Gästen auf dem Gelände und in der Umgebung geteilt. Trotzdem hat man sich damit arrangieren und daran gewöhnen können. Mit den anderen Gästen in der Nachbarschaft gab es ebenfalls keine Probleme."
