"The hotel is in a perfect location, the train station is just a few minutes walk and many of the sights including the Duomo are also within a short distance. There are plenty of shops and good restaurants around the area. We loved the hotel’s old charm with its wood ceilings and vintage decor. The roof terrace is beautiful and offers an amazing view of the Duomo. Aside from all I mentioned the most important to me is the service of the staff. I was very pleased with their attentiveness and friendliness. When I mentioned that the mattress was a little bit hard for me they put on a mattress top that was soft and very comfortable to sleep in. Some perks worth mentioning the minibar which non alcoholic beverages were free, which most hotels in Italy charge for; the robes, slippers and coffee kettle in the room.
