"I've stayed at several hotels in different cities, but this one was the worst ever. There was a convention going on and it made the hotel very busy. That wasn't the problem though. First off there was no coffee offered in the lobby in the mornings. The hotel needs some updating in the rooms. It's a old hotel I understand that, but there was barely any hot water, the room was either to cold or too hot (ac didn't kick in at all), the bathroom toilet broke in the middle of the night, the shower curtain was falling apart, and the mini fridge did not work well. Everything I ordered from the restaurants were subpar, not to mention I waited 40 minutes for a Fish and chips only to be told they sold out. I still can't wrap my head about that. I don't understand how you can order something, wait 40 minutes, then told it's sold out. Some employees were super nice, while others were very rude. My whole experience was negative. "

"Elevator panels were held together with duct tape. Got me worried a little of the elevator was safe. Trim in the elevator was lifted and my shoe got stuck one time. Hair dryer in the room was broken and didn't get fixed despite two requests. The room service guy (likely Doordash) didn't deliver silverware with dinner and what's worse argued it wasn't his job to deliver silverware with the order unless I order directly with the restaurant. After a short wait she called me back up and said you can go. No explanation, just a big inconvenience with no apparent reason. "
