When I asked about the fee, the concierge proceeded to point out all of the amenities in the hotel, and there are many, and I was told they pass that fee on to every client to help cover the cost for such amenities. (1,935 reviews) Expected more. It's a beautiful property. We chose it because we love Buffet and have always enjoyed Margeritaville properties. But unfortunately, there were no extra sheets and blankets. The sofa bed broke, the bathroom door doesnt close all the way, and no room service, just fyi . But the most surprising thing was , there was no pet relief area for this nice hotel that takes pets up to seventy pounds. That just seemed odd. Fail to use theirs which seemed even more peculiar. But its beautiful. And a great location!
