"Our host Hervé, Amélee and family are really nice people. Although the studio is part of their home, we were given the utmost privacy, seeing them on the odd occasion. The studio is a super base to explore the region, and is close to the lake, and cycle route. We rarely used our vehicle, instead, cycling to Annecy and Doussard. The area is a great place for outdoor activities, and although we visited in the summer, no doubt it would be an excellent winter holiday base. We look forward to...

"Superb location. Not far from main underground parking. Lake is so close. I love the moderness of the apartment. This is perfect for one or two people. Very cozy very clean very comfortable. I come to this town two to three times a year and I'll check here about renting again."

"Location was great. Air conditioning was amazing. The black-out blinds were super helpful.It wasn’t great that there was no laundry detergent. Why provide a washing machine if you’re not going to provide at least a small amount of detergent (which costs maybe 1). Shower is small but that’s pretty standard in Europe."

"Great location. Carpet was filthy and gross. In the summer heat with no AC and only a broken fan was very tough, but the handyman who came was the saving grace . It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow. Large windows without a barrier , if you have kids be careful as they can jump out or as they say in the apartment “if you open the window, birds can fly in.” All instructions by the property is in French, be prepared to use your...
