The house is overlooking a quiet hamlet and consists of: \- a spacious and bright living room with an open kitchen for your meals with family or friends \- 3 bedrooms with 8 beds: 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with two single bunk beds \- a large mezzanine (40m²) with a sitting area (1 sofa + a convertible sofa bed allowing 2 extra beds) \- a bathroom with Italian shower \- an outdoor solar shower \- a separate toilet The house is surrounded by a land of 1700m² which is composed of: \- 3 to 4 parking spaces \- An inground swimming pool 4m x 8\. 5m privative, salt treatment. Es ist sehr ruhig dort. Das Haus ist mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet und eignet sich sehr gut für einen Familienurlaub mit Freunden. Ein Higlight ist der Pool.
