Debíamos abandonar la habitación a las 11.00 de la mañana y las camareras tocaron a la puerta a las 9.30 y sin esperar respuesta abrieron la puerta y estábamos en la cama y tuve que dar un salto para cerrar la puerta, la habitación parace un baño de un avión

Worst stopover ever

Really poor room,toilet dirty,shower broke,no hand wash or shower gel in receptacles and next to no toilet paper.A group of about 8 people above us decided to have a party until 3am .worst stopover i have experienced and wont stay there again

Parfait rapport qualité prix. Personnelle agréable, accueillant et serviable ! Chambre propre, même si il y avait un moment que la poussière n'avait pas été faite... Mais tout de même propre! les draps, les serviettes tout était parfait. Le lit superposé était défectueux, la barrière n'était pas très bien visser et faisait du bruit des que l'on bougé, pas très rassurant! Mais tout le monde à bien dormi malgré tout. La porte d'entrée fonctionnée de l'intérieur parfaitement mais pour fermer de l'exterieur c'était difficile et lors du départ je n'ai pas pu bien la fermer et l'ai signalé à l'accueil qui m'a très bien reçu et m'a rassuré que le nécessaire aller être fait ! Je recommande...

Bonjour,je loge souvent dans des hôtels mais la je n avais jamais vu ça,tout d abord l état du matériel de la salle de bains,la rampe de douche cassee donc impossible de s en servir,le distributeur de savon cassé , la porte d entrée ne fermait pas totalement, elle avait ete force de l extérieur et la poignée de l intérieur ne tenait pas si ce n était que ça mais lorsque je suis revenu pour la passer ma deuxième nuit dans la chambre la carte ne fonctionnait pas j ai été a la réception et on me l a réactivé,je sors de la chambre monte dans ma voiture et je vois arriver une personne qui avec une carte entre dans ma chambre,evidemment je lui dis que c'est la mienne la personne comprend sans probleme,la personne a la réception avait donne la même chambre a 2 personnes, heureusement que j étais présent,j avais eu du nez car après ma première nuit je n avais rien laisser aucune de mes affaires, voila ma première et dernière aventure chez Première Classe

Très peu de sécurité

Clé fournie pour une chambre déjà occupée. Surpise. Avec une autre clé on est passés devant une chambre aux porte et fenêtre complètement défoncées. C'est peu sereins qu'on a refermé la porte de notre chambre qui ne nous paraissait pas des plus sécurisée non plus. C'est notre deuxième séjour peu satisgaisant à Montauban alors que nous sommes habitués aus hôtels 1ère classe.

pas d'accueil à notre arrivée. La borne de réservation nous offre une chambre en reé-de-chaussée sans électricité. Il a fallu s'adresser au Kyriad en face qui nous a gentiment changé la chambre. Merci Kyriad
