Room was great. BUT We were placed on the first floor which has the balcony right along the littered road with quite limited view. No option for an alternate room. Pool lovely. Not overcrowded but deep. No real shallow end. “Parking” was free 15 minute walk downhill. We were on a wait list for paid parking close to hotel for the full week. Never got any.

The place, staff, rooms were perfect. The hotel is closed to the best beaches.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort and liked having a 1 bedroom with kitchen bungalow near the pool. The pool was very clean & beautiful but the water is too cold for most people to swim. Even tho the weather was very hot & sunny as soon as they felt the water they would not go in. The staff is nice and friendly. I wish they would have told us about the free shuttle to the beach when we checked in instead of 2 days later. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and we enjoyed Happy Hour (2 for 1 drinks) and ate dinner 2 times at the pool bar that had a casual menu with many choices. There were no other dining options and many guests left the resort in the evening to go out to dinner. It would be nice if the beach shuttle had longer hours for guests to go to dinner at the nearby Caybeach Princess affiliate location that serves a nice buffet. We liked the location of this resort and would stay there again.

This really is a little Oasis next to the beach. We had a wonderful view of the palm trees and the beach. The pools were lovely and not busy. The best thing is the food. Breakfast and evening dinner, loads of choice. Entertainment is excellent too. Dukes band did an Abba tribute one night and a Queen tribute another night. The Tina Turner show was also great. Empire vocal group from South Africa were spot on with their Greatest night in pop show. Will be going back for the third time
