Air con doesn't work proper staff unfriendly and back home with scabies as sofa/beds are not desinfected proper after previous guests

I stayed here solo for 4 nights in the classic single room which was up 1 flight of stairs. The room was modern and spacious, with comfortable bed. The bathroom had a clean shower with good shower pressurea huge counter and incredible lighting for doing makeup. The buffet style breakfast was also really good. On first appearance the room looked clean and well maintained, however upon closer look there were a few things which were unsightly. The most important parts were clean (the shower, the towels, one of the beds, the fridge, wardrobes and counter spaces). But the cups in the bedroom and the bathroom had hair around them, 2 of the pillows also had a hair and a stain mark. One if the light switches had splatter marks and the curtains literally had holes in them. Luckily I was present when housekeeping came so I mentioned the pillows and hairs to the lady and she changed/cleaned them with no fuss. Sockets are under the bedside table so literally have to bend down to get to it. And there was no iron in the room, you had to borrow one from reception and return it as soon as you finished with it. Location is okay if you're able to walk, it's a 12 minute walk from Meloneras beach and a 17 minute walk from the main bus station in Maspalomas where you can get a bus to pretty much anywhere on the island. There is another bus stop 12 minutes in the opposite direction and the closest supermarkets are 13 minute walks in either direction.

Fuldstændig fantastisk beliggenhed, rummelig spansk villa, eksotisk have med kaktus og geko. Så tæt på havet man kan høre det. Fin og tilgængelig kommunikation. Veludstyret. Huset er lidt slidt. Vi manglede et stort spejl.

A wonderful, traditional venue set in amazing grounds surrounded by banana trees. The dining area is obviously the original stables and I could imagine the cows and horses eating and drinking there, back in the day. A superb ' get away from it all' hacienda which is a short drive to Arucas or 5 euros in a taxi.
