Gîte de la truffière "Les Chênes

At the exit of the village of Montagnac, in a quiet area, 120m² house with terrace and garden.

You will benefit on the ground floor from a beautiful living room open to the kitchen (dishwasher, combined fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, filter coffee maker.), A bedroom (140/190 bed) with bathroom, WC, utility room (washing machine) and a storage room (bicycle storage, stroller ...).

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with wardrobes (140/190 beds), a third bedroom with bunk beds (90/190) and a bathroom with WC.

You will enjoy outside a garden with oak trees with deckchairs and hammock where you can rest and relax.
For your grilling, a gas plancha is available on the terrace.

Très agréable maison où il ne manque rien. Les jeux pour enfants sont au top. La propriétaire est très arrangeante sur les heures d'arrivée et de départ . A préciser cependant que le terrain n'est pas clôturé et que le gîte est partagé en 2 logements .

Schönes Fleckchen allerdings mit leichten Schwächen

Das Ferienhaus zu finden, war eine Herausforderung, denn die Adresse, die uns der Vermieter mitteilte, war nicht korrekt. Dies ging einer anderen Familie, die auch an dem Tag anreiste genauso. Es war uns nicht bekannt, dass es sich bei diesem Objekt, um eine Doppelhaushälfte handelte. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und insgesamt ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir nicht gebucht. Die Beschreibung der Internetseite war nicht stimmig mit der Ausstattung vor Ort. Hängematte, Eichenholzmöbel und Kajak haben gefehlt. Die Sauberkeit ließ sehr viel Luft nach oben. Der Backofen und der Gasgrill, Duschkabine und Sofa, wiesen große Gebrauchspuren und Rückstände der Vorgänger auf. Eine echte Plage waren allerdings die vielen Ameisen. Hausmittel halfen nicht mehr und wir kapitulierten. Zu vorigen Rückmeldungen, es gäbe keinen Bäcker im Ort, müssen wir für Abhilfe schaffen. Der kleine Lebensmittelladen hat, außer montags, auf Vorbestellungen Backwaren. Insgesamt hatten wir, trotz allem, einen schönen Urlaub! Die Freundlichkeit der Landleute und der wunderschönen Landschaft haben einiges wieder ausgeglichen!

Wir haben 12 ruhige Tage in diesem Feriehaus verbracht. Leider gab es im Ort keinen Bäcker und keine einkaufsmöglicht,sodaß wir meistens mit dem Auto los mußten

Une semaine parfaite dans les gorges du Verdon !

Maison au calme, très joliment décorée et très bien aménagée, fidèle aux photos. Cuisine très bien équipée. Aucun problème avec le wifi. Hotesse accueillante et disponible. Situation parfaite pour découvrir la région (les gorges du Verdon, Moustiers, Riez). Les couleurs de l'automne rendent les paysages très beaux ; une autre façon de voir la région qui est magnifique au début de l'été avec les champs de lavande. Un énorme merci. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir et conseillons le logement les yeux fermés. A une prochaine fois.

Superbe maison nous sommes partis à 3 couples avec 2 chiens maison très grande très fonctionnelle et bien située Les propriétaires très sympathique et à l'écoute et surtout disponible si besoin Le seule bémol c'est qu'elle n'est pas clôturée pour les chiens sinon rien a redire La région est magnifique le village ou ce trouve la résidence est à proximité de tout et ca ce n'est pas négligeable Nous avons adorées notre séjour et nous y retournerons avec plaisir !!!

Die FeWo lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Ausstattung war neu, die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber. Ein Kinderspielplatz sowie ein Fußballplatz liegen in ca. 200 m Entfernung.
