"The room was dirty. As soon as we entered our socks turned black which can tell us immediately how dirty the floors were. We even found stuff under tables and chairs which indicated it was surfaced clean. We lost power due to rain and some tree fall so we couldn’t find any emergency supplies like ..."

"Room was clean. Staff was very good. On the negative side, lights were dim and not sufficient specially in washroom. The body wash in the shower was empty. Sofa bed was not comfortable. Parking is not free."
