### Simple & Luxe Condo with View

Best view in Tremblant ! Only 3 minutes from the south side with its picturesque village, shops and restaurants and, great skiing and activities year round. Right on Lake Tremblant (no access). Close to Beach and Tennis Club. Great biking trails. This unit features high-end renovations including heated tile floors throughout, brand new gas-powered fireplace, large patio, new appliances, outdoor entrance. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Free parking  
  
There is no AC in this unit.  
  
Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.  
  
To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between:  
Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD  
Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD.  
  
Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

This unit has no access to the lake and there is no pool. This property was fantastic and exactly as advertised. Breakfast on the patio while looking at Mount Tremblant in full Fall color will neverr be forgotten. The host was wonderful amd communicated very well!

We had a great time staying at this property. Very clean and warm condo, approximately 5 minutes drive from the ski resort. Super easy check-in and check-out process and extremely easy to communicate with members of the customer service team. I highly recommend Sophie’s place!
