Warm condo, well decorated and well equipped, you will find everything you need. There is a closed bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You will appreciate the quick and easy access to this accommodation, close to everything. This unit has ski access as long as there is enough snow. Welcome to Le Skieur, we are at your disposal to answer your questions and guide you through your stay. you can communicate with us by email and/or by telephone Wall-Mounted AC in the main room. No central AC. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD. It was an easy walk both to the village as well as the lifts - either up the hill or down, depending on your preference. The owners / managers were incredibly helpful and responsive and the place was in great shape. The place is laid out well for being a 1br/1bath, the four of us fit easily, though the day bed would sleep two smaller children easier than two adults or taller teens.
