Our condo has one free outdoor parking space available for you to leave your car. In the summertime, you can also get around by bike if you feel like enjoying the outdoors more. You can get too many spots in just 15-20 minutes. Mont-Tremblant public buses are free throughout the town. Wall-Mounted AC in the main room. No central AC. There is no direct access to the lake at the property. Public beaches are open on Lake Tremblant and on Lake Mercier. Full details on the Tremblant website. This is a friendly reminder of our house rules: 1\. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. 2\. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times. 3\. Smoking indoors and on the balcony is strictly prohibited. Failure to oblige to our house rules can result in eviction or damage claim charges. If smoke of any kind is detected upon check-out, our penalty fee is $500. This unit has no access to the lake and there is no pool.
