It is the ideal place to fully experience the alpine lifestyle of Mont-Tremblant, whether for a getaway, a second home, or a prime rental investment.

You are located in the heart of the village, and everything is within walking distance.
-Minimum age required to reserve is 21 years old with proof of ID

-Smoking is prohibited in any area of the apartment, specifically inside and outside, including entrance, and common areas.

- It is forbidden to park in any space other than the one assigned to your apartment. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the various public parking areas around the village.

-It is very important to vacate the parking spot by 11:00 AM on your departure day to allow our cleaning team to park. Therefore, it is not permitted to remain parked in the spot after 11:00 AM on your departure day.

-No parties, no events aloud no noise after 11 pm

-The number of guests must not exceed reservation.

-No pets allowed in the apartment !

-Please make sure to return the parking sticker to the apartment upon your departure; otherwise, a fee will be automatically charged.

- This regulation applies to you as well as your guests and / or visitors.
If this norm is not respected, these are the consequences:
- 1. You will be automatically charged a $ 500 fine.
-2. You and your companions will be invited to leave the apartment without any right to reimbursement.

- Please do not use towels nor any other linens in the unit to remove make-up or clean other substances (If towels and bed sheets are stained you will be automatically changed to replace them )

- It is important to respect the neighbours by respecting all our rules as you have agreed before booking with us.

-Check out 11:00 am the day of your departure , It is important not to have the cleaning wait outside extra fees will apply if they wait

The property include a bunk bed ladder. Children and individuals who may require assistance must be supervised at all times. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety throughout the stay. We are not responsible for any accidents.
