Spacious waterfront Chalet - Navigable Lake
Chalet on the shores of Lac Gravel (motorboats permitted). Magnificent view, cozy atmosphere. Ideal for families, friends, nature lovers, and snowmobiling (trails nearby).
In summer: water activities, pedal boat, campfire, rowboat, and kayak included. Bring your own life jackets. In winter : Snowmobile trails nearby.
Wood/pellet fireplaces. 2 bathrooms. Bedding provided (except for single beds). Washer/dryer, TV, BBQ, coffee makers (filter/Keurig).
Boat launch at the Lac Gravel public dock.

The "Chalet des Demers" is located on a peninsula of 8 private lots belonging to the Demers family, along the shores of Lac Gravel. No close neighbors, very private and quiet. Only 5 minutes from the village of Mont-Saint-Michel and 20 minutes from the Montagne du Diable Regional Park.
Guest access
You have access to the entire chalet, the surrounding grounds, and the lake.
Other things to note
We provide bedding for king and queen beds only. You must bring your own bedding or sleeping bags for the single beds. We ask guests who use the bedding to wash them on the morning of departure and to dry/fold them as they were upon arrival.
No unapproved guests will be tolerated. Any person beyond the number of guests on your reservation must be pre-approved by the host. Failure to comply with this rule could lead to automatic eviction without refund.
