    It consists of ground floor with 3 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, living-dining room, large terrace with porch, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, and outdoor tower on the first floor, with 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower ensuite.

    It is located in a quiet residential area of Miami Platja, close to supermarket, restaurants and shops, 800 m from the sandy beach and 800 m from the centre of Miami Platja, in an ideal area for families.

    It has a large garden with lawn and private swimming pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower, barbecue, internet access (wifi), air conditioning, private swimming pool, parking space in the fenced plot, smart-tv with satellite (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).
