The villa is spacious, modern and comfortable with a private garden. Its location is exceptional - just 15 metres from La Playa de la Porquerola, a fine sand beach with beach bars and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. Villa Riviera has 164 m2 distributed across ground floor and first floor, with a private garden of 400 m2 with plants, trees and flowers, as well as a barbecue area. Villa Riviera has 3 bedrooms and is prepared for 7 people. It also has 2 full bathrooms, a spacious living room and a large fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor we have a spacious living room, kitchen, full bathroom with shower and bedroom with double bed. On the first floor with air conditioning, there is a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a suite bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. From the 30-metre terrace we have a privileged view of the beach. On the terrace and in the garden there are garden furniture. This villa is a great option for families with children. Pay attention: It is mandatory to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning. As it is a family tourism area, bookings for groups of young people are not accepted. No noise can be made from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Das hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir angeln gerne und gehen am Meer spazieren, es war optimal. Wenn man essen gehen möchte, gibt es dort viele Lokale, wo es ein gutes Essen gibt. Wir haben uns selbst versorgt, da alles nötige von der Ausstattung im Haus soweit vorhanden war. Das Grill am Haus hat uns viel Freude bereitet. Die Agentur hat uns immer in allen Problemfällen sehr geholfen. Alle Unklarheiten, bzw. Die zusätzliche Ausstattung wurde sofort zugestellt, bzw. Erneut. Wir haben doch die Aufenthalt genossen. Für das Wetter ist keiner verantwortlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall die Agentur Arena weiter empfehlen. Schade nur dass der Besitzer des Hauses manche Sachen nicht erneut, zb. Putzwerkzeug, Badastattung, selbst die Einfahrt durch das Tor sollte erneut werden. Wenn man zum Haus ankommt, macht es keinen schönen Eindruck, da das Tor mittelweile sehr abgenutzt ist. Beim Regen sammelt sich vor dem Haus auf der Straße ziemlich viel Wasser. Die Stadtverwaltung sollte dafür sorgen, dass das Wasser zum Meer abfliesst. Casa bastante buena y muy cerca del mar. Todo lo necesário para pasarlo bien. Los arboles frutales fueran un "plus", una vez que estaban con frutos. Disponer de sombrilla para la playa ayudaria. Удобное расположение. Море, небольшой магазин, в котором можно купить всё необходимое, ресторан. В доме есть всё для отдыха. Ухоженный участок вокруг дома. Фотографии дома полностью соответствуют. Менеджеры очень приветливые, дружелюбные, профессионалы своего дела не смотря на трудности в условиях пандемии. Отдельное спасибо Эльвире за полную информацию , быстрые ответы на все вопросы и качественную работу! Второй диван на первом этаже, его можно ставить когда больше жильцов. Мы отдыхали вдвоем, поэтому переносили его в свободную спальню. Вся мебель на одной терассе, так же переносили на вторую. ##### Andreas
