The location is in Pino Alto - a quiet and family-friendly residential area, just 40 metres from the seafront of the beach Playa Cristal. Casa Martin 29 has three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an additional toilet. The communal area is spectacular with two pools connected by a waterfall and surrounded by a tropical garden. The location is simply unbeatable, just 40 metres from the seafront promenade in the centre of Playa Cristal, close to restaurants and beach bars. On the ground floor are: kitchen, toilet, living-dining room and terrace with garden furniture. The terrace leads to a lawn area. On the first floor: 1 main bedroom - suite with its double bed 150x190, with its full bathroom and access to terrace; 1 double bedroom with 1 bunk bed and a single bed; 1 double bedroom with 1 bed 135x190\. On the same floor there is another full bathroom. The complex is highly recommended for families with young children. The beach Playa Cristal is located one minute walking distance. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, the beach has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.
